Please be aware, all package-free styles are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
 
Returns/Exchanges Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please obtain authorization from The Original MakeUp Eraser® team by contacting us in writing before sending any items back. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Important Return Information:
- Unauthorized returns (those not pre-approved by our Customer Support Team) will be refused and sent back to the sender.
- Once authorized and received, we will process your exchange or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically completed within one week of receiving the returned item(s).
 
Free Gifts With Purchase:
Items received as a 'free gift with purchase' are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. To qualify for a full refund on returned orders, all promotional items must also be returned.
 
Responsibility for Delivered Products:
We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Please ensure a secure delivery location is provided for your order.
 
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products:
- For damaged or defective items, please inform us within five (5) business days of delivery. We will arrange for the item to be returned at our expense and dispatch a replacement promptly. Do not dispose of any part of the product or packaging until we provide further instructions.
- If your order fails to arrive or is incomplete, report this to our Customer Service within five (5) business days from the expected delivery date.
